【江ノ島＋３種目】 ― 2018/07/22

　１０時ごろから江ノ島へ

　帰ってきてから、ラン。１０㌔の予定が、半分に届かないところでダウン。

お腹が空いてたみたいです。

銀河アリーナのプールに飛び込もうと思ったら、今日は大会で、入れず。

そのまま、町田市民プールへ行って３０００ばかりブチカマしてきました。

　しんどい・・・

また、新しい一週間が始まります。

　日曜の夕方、サザエさんにジャンケンで負けると、次の一週間ヨレヨレだと言っていた戦友が居たのを思い出しました。
